Our Experience with "World of Communication" Project

From fostering interpersonal skills to understanding the impact of effective communication, our participation in the World of Communication project (Ref: 2022-1-FR02-KA152-YOU-000062300) was an enriching journey. Designed as a youth exchange initiative, the project aimed to raise awareness about communication in alignment with Erasmus+ objectives and provide young people with tools to improve their skills in various communication platforms.

The project began with an orientation session, where participants familiarized themselves with the city, accommodation, emergency procedures, and the project's roadmap. They also shared their expectations and insights through a questionnaire.

An Erasmus+ communication workshop, led by experienced Polish partners, encouraged participants to explore how Erasmus+ programs influence communication processes. Divided into groups, they discussed these effects and shared insights through spokespersons, deepening their understanding of effective communication strategies.

The project successfully empowered young people to develop their communication skills through interactive and practical methods:

• Hands-on Learning: Participants engaged in discussions, evaluations, and applications of communication strategies, reinforcing their knowledge in a dynamic way.

• Personal & Social Growth: The project helped young people refine interpersonal communication, both within the group and in broader social settings.

• Cultural Exchange: Through international collaboration, participants enhanced their intercultural communication skills and broadened their perspectives.

• Language Development: Extensive use of foreign languages strengthened participants' ability to communicate effectively in multilingual environments.

• Community & Social Impact: The project encouraged NGOs, local organizations, and institutions to engage in more social activities. Results were disseminated through social media campaigns, maximizing awareness and outreach.

Lasting Influence

By the end of the project, participants not only improved their communication abilities but also became advocates for effective dialogue within their communities. The experience highlighted the importance of communication in youth development and laid the groundwork for future collaborations.

Our involvement in World of Communication was a testament to the power of dialogue in shaping young leaders and fostering international understanding. We look forward to continuing our efforts in similar impactful projects!
